Tash (she/her) is a dedicated, life long yoga philosophy, decolonization and movement student. She uses motion, stillness and an earth-based understanding to realize and embody a human experience from a place of compassion and curiosity. This foundation seeps into her teaching and in all her waking hours.
For so long I’ve learned that my safety is contingent on my capacity to be silenced. I’m not quite sure if its a major lesson I learned one time or if it's a culmination of events, but somehow I learned I was not safe unless I was silent or compliant
