Tash (she/her) is a dedicated, life long yoga philosophy, decolonization and movement student. She uses motion, stillness and an earth-based understanding to realize and embody a human experience from a place of compassion and curiosity. This foundation seeps into her teaching and in all her waking hours.
My personal deck is complete with hammock, enough props for 3 bodies, sometimes birds and often with a gentle breeze. If you prefer an indoor setting, let me know and we can arrange that too and the pricing will reflect the rental cost for the space.
Soundbaths is a great way to receive care so expect an experience where you just show up and everything else will be taken care of.
