Breathe + Restore
Saturday October 4 at 4 pm - 5:30 pm at The Move Room
Join Tash Francesca for a two-part series designed to deepen your breath and nourish you from within.
Each 90-minute session will combine prānāyām, restorative yoga and live, atmospheric soundscapes to guide you into a state of deep rest and relaxation. When we change the body’s shape, we invite the nervous system to soften - making rest effortless. Just bring yourself…and maybe an extra sweater or blanket. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease from head to toe.
🌬️ On October 4th, we’ll turn our attention to back body breathing, using shapes that create space for a fuller, more spacious breath. This workshop is suitable for all experience levels, and is perfect for those who snore, those seeking a moment of solitude, or those who are curious about new self-care practices. In short, this special workshop is for you.

ATE (ah-teh): an afternoon of play and rejuvenation

As the season shifts, we invite you to gather with your favourite ates for an afternoon of creative movement, connection, and deep rest. This offering is all about warmth, play, and restoration — all you have to do is show up and let your ates care for you.
We’ll begin with a Movement Flow Workshop led by Taranee Ponjani — an invitation to reconnect with your inner child through floor-based movement and playful transitions. Blending elements of contemporary dance, acrobatics, capoeira, and yoga, this workshop offers a joyful, embodied way to shake off the heaviness of fall and return to lightness.
From there, Tash will guide you through intentional prāṇāyām (breathwork) to ground your body and prepare for rest. Then, sink into a full hour of healing as Denys offers acupuncture alongside Tash’s sound bath — a powerful pairing of physical and energetic medicine. While needles and vibrations work their magic, your ates will hold space with supportive touch to help you release, relax, and restore.
