  • 👉 MOVE [pilates] 10 am via Good Space

Pilates uses small and precise movements done in repetition to tone and build muscle in the body. A happy muscular system = a more supported life.

Uncover an awareness of your posture, a deeper breath, a softened burden of physical demands on the entire skeletal system and an overarching feeling of capability + strength in your day-to-day life.

This class typically uses weighted toning balls and squish balls. All props provided. Incorporates music.

“I love how Tash takes the time to connect with us. She really makes it a “good space”, no pun intended. This studio is about connection and my body and my mind are always so grateful afterwards.”
