In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll combine lecture, discussion, and plenty of hands-on practice to help you leave feeling more connected to yourself. We’ll explore polyvagal theory and the four states of consciousness as a foundation for understanding deeper states of rest and rejuvenation. From there, we’ll practice self-touch, prānāyām, meditation, and conclude with a soothing sound bath.
