Weekly Drop In Schedule
Classes based on biomechanics, prāṇāyāma, and yoga philosophy, with the intention of supporting your nervous system and helping you understand how to move your individual body well. Open to all levels and expect some level of difficulty, whether it’s in stillness or in effort.

Home Practice
The quiet moments of practice, when we let it be, are often the most potent portal for awareness. It is where we surrender to the power of the practice—the rejuvenation of rest and the stillness that holds it all.
If you click below, you’ll find recordings of past online series that you can follow along with on your own time. They are mostly meditation and philosophy practices you can do at your own pace, followed by reflection and some classic yogic philosophy teachings.
