Give It a Rest is a pop-up series that insists!! you better carve out time for your rest practice.
When rest is the foundation, our actions and intentions move with a fluid clarity that is based on our own current, not anyone else's. Allowing us to feel at ease within our own experience despite what is thrown our way.
As spring invites us to move into more action, more play in our daily life-- we sometimes forget to honour the transition out of winter. As spring awakens life within us and around us, we slip into old habits that drain our most precious of resources: our energy.
Join me for the next 5 weeks as we support the transition into longer, sunnier days through the intimate practice of rest. We will carve out 45 minutes of rest: rooted in prānāyām-based nidrā + gentle live soundbath to calm the fluttering mind as we shed the winter layers. We'll mentally and physically prep ourselves for sunnier days ahead.
