Supported Rest: Sound & Touch
Saturday September 27 at 4 pm - 5:30 pm with Faith Jones at Reunion Yoga & Pilates
Join Faith Jones and Tash Francesca for an afternoon of blissful rest.
You’ll be guided through a 90-minute restorative practice as Faith offers supportive touch and Tash’s many soothing instruments lull you into a deeply restorative inner and outer state. This decadent and intimate experience is designed for tired, stressed, and tight bodies in need of 90 minutes of complete rest and relaxation.
To ensure you receive the maximum amount of hands-on assists, this workshop will be kept small and intimate — so reserve your spot before it’s too late. Your body has been craving this rest; it’s time to answer the call.
Breathe + Restore
Saturday September 20 + October 4 at 4 pm - 5:30 pm at The Move Room
Join Tash Francesca for a two-part series designed to deepen your breath and nourish you from within.
Each 90-minute session will combine prānāyām, restorative yoga and live, atmospheric soundscapes to guide you into a state of deep rest and relaxation. When we change the body’s shape, we invite the nervous system to soften - making rest effortless. Just bring yourself…and maybe an extra sweater or blanket. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease from head to toe.
🧘 On September 20th, we’ll explore lateral breathing and restorative shapes that open and expand the side body.
🌬️ On October 4th, we’ll turn our attention to back body breathing, using shapes that create space for a fuller, more spacious breath. This workshop is suitable for all experience levels, and is perfect for those who snore, those seeking a moment of solitude, or those who are curious about new self-care practices. In short, this special workshop is for you.
