Drop-In Schedule
My weekly classes at The Yard Yoga, 222 Geary Ave, take place twice a week. I focus on weaving together philosophy and biomechanics to harmonize the somatic and autonomic nervous systems—supporting each practitioner’s journey toward presence and clarity of mind.
When I teach, my teachers Hali Schwartz, Kate Gillespie, and Matt Phippen are with me in every pose and every cue—serving as my guides as I guide you.

7:30 pm Vinyasa All Levels - 60 min
