    Move through foundational yoga postures one at a time, breathe deeply, and practice being in the moment. Hatha classes promote balance, strength, flexibility, and stillness in the mind, and are suitable to all levels.

  • 👉 Warm Pilates 4 pm via Union Yoga + Wellness

    This class is heated to a cozy 28°. Pilates is a mind-body workout practice specifically designed to strengthen the core of the body -- front, side, back and deep within. Focus is on the relationship between mobility and stability, proper breathing, and spinal/pelvic alignment. Pilates will help to move your body towards balance so that it can work optimally on and off the mat. Pilates classes at Union will be taught in the contemporary style with props and lots of options/modifications.

    👉 Give It A Rest online

    Give It a Rest is a pop-up series that insists!! you better carve out time for your rest practice.

    When rest is the foundation, our actions and intentions move with a fluid clarity that is based on our own current, not anyone else's. Allowing us to feel at ease within our own experience despite what is thrown our way.

    As spring invites us to move into more action, more play in our daily life-- we sometimes forget to honour the transition out of winter. As spring awakens life within us and around us, we slip into old habits that drain our most precious of resources: our energy.

    Join me for the next 5 weeks as we support the transition into longer, sunnier days through the intimate practice of rest. We will carve out 45 minutes of rest: rooted in prānāyām-based nidrā + gentle live soundbath to calm the fluttering mind as we shed the winter layers. We'll mentally and physically prep ourselves for sunnier days ahead.
