Self Massage + Meditation

DESCRIPTION
This online event aims to re-mind folx that we have access to tools for care within reach. Through stillness and touch, we start to walk towards our true, nourished, revitalized self. We start with self massage to soothe some places where tension may be stored in the body. Then we move on to a guided meditation from the comfort of our own homes. We sit so we may witness, when we witness we may start to be open to giving ourselves a bit of space. This is the space where the deep inner work occurs, the re-bembering of who we truly are: whole and cared for.
Tash is a space holder for folx to be in the practice of yoga beyond asana (shapes). Her lens is influenced by ongoing yoga philosophy satsangs, Hatha, Vinyasa, pilates, barre, accessible + chair training alongside her inner work of decolonization and trauma-aware practices.
