JUICY

CA$42.00

In a world that craves stillness and space, we often find ourselves turning to shorter and shorter yoga classes—ones that may not fully reach the deeper layers of consciousness we long to access. Yoga invites transformation, but in condensed formats, it can be challenging to truly arrive, soften, and expand.

And so, I offer you JUICY—a two-hour inward journey into mental, physical, and sacred spaciousness. (Yes, I added letters to reflect the seven chakra colors.) Together, we’ll move through the yogic Ashtanga path—the eight petals—beginning with asana, flowing into prānāyām, and arriving in Samyama: integration.

Do you need to understand the Sanskrit to join? Not at all. If this calls to you, that’s enough.

We’ll take our time building a grounded physical foundation so the body can soften, allowing the mind to expand. This is a practice of slowing down, of feeling, of being.

Don’t overthink it, in fact, that’s the whole point. To step out of overthinking and into presence.

Please note: The rental space does not provide yoga blocks, so please bring two if you can. If you’re unable to, let me know in advance and I’ll help arrange something.

Time: 12:30 – 2:30 PM

Location: 180 Shaw Street (Lower Level)

Cost: $45 + HST
