Stretch your bod, stretch your mind, stretch your heart. Expect well-rounded, full body sequences that change each week to highlight specific types of poses and areas of the body. Insight and inspiration are linked with fundamentals of alignment and core yogic principles.

A 45-minute class where we spend the first 20 minutes in gentle stretches and finish off with 25 minutes of yoga nidrā SIGN UP HERE

(ONLINE ONLY) MOVE SLOW AT GOOD SPACE 6 - 7 pm
A Move class is most similar to a traditional Vinyasa, but will also include styles that are informed by instructors' training, influences or simply what they're into at the moment. Move Light is for slower flows and a gentler activity level than a Move More.
Virtual classes are hosted on Zoom. Please note that: sign-ups close 20 minutes before the class start-time + you will be emailed a Zoom link to access the class 5 minutes before the class start-time. SIGN UP HERE
