Fieldwork: Mazunte, Mexico
Fieldwork is where the adventure of travel meets the reset of a retreat. It’s where inner work meets outer exploration, paving the way to be both somewhere new and more like yourself.
February 18-22, 2027
Perched on a sunset-lit stretch of the Pacific coastline in Oaxaca Mexico, this small-group retreat is built around contemplative practice and the people, traditions and landscapes that make Mazunte the Pueblo Mágico it is.
So much of life right now is loud, fast and always on. It’s harder than ever to hear what you actually want, let alone move toward it. Through daily movement, meditation and deep local immersion, the arc of this retreat is designed to slow things down enough so that you can reconnect to your own sense of why.
Mornings start slow and days move between grounding rituals, local exploration and long stretches on the beach. The thoughtfully-planned rhythm leaves plenty of room to integrate and wander in between.
Shared villa: $2,099 USD $2,299 — Early bird pricing, available until November 30, 2026.

How Fieldwork Retreats Are Built
Contemplative practice
Daily movement and meditation form the backbone of every retreat to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and leave with a clearer sense of what's next.
Deep local connection
We build each retreat in partnership with the place. Every practice, business and guide is rooted in the community we’re visiting, so what you experience comes from the people who actually live it.
Community by design
Immersed in small groups and considered places, Fieldwork retreats are built for travelers who value curiosity, intention and presence, and who understand that the personal and communal go hand in hand.
